Monica represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, development, financing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate such as freestanding and retail space; general office space; healthcare facilities; and shopping center outparcels. Monica has significant experience working with large national retailers to negotiate leases, manage the effect of restrictive covenants, and limit risk exposure. Monica’s experience also includes working with national healthcare REITs to manage the leasing demands of medical office buildings within their portfolio.

Monica’s practice includes drafting and reviewing commercial real estate and financing documents, negotiating agreements, performing due diligence, and conducting closings.
