Lesley Felton
Day in and day out, Lesley guides clients through all aspects of commercial real estate closings. Her practice involves drafting and reviewing documents for commercial closings, managing commercial files from open through post-closing, and serving as escrow agent for her deals. In addition to serving as an escrow agent and closing facilitator on commercial closings throughout the country, Lesley also brings her prior experience as a licensed realtor to the table when she manages residential closings in Tennessee. Her lender clients appreciate the personal and knowledgeable touch she brings to each deal.
