Avery VanPelt

Avery represents clients in various commercial real estate transactions, including the leasing, purchasing and sale of properties. Her practice involves assisting clients in drafting and reviewing documents, performing due diligence, researching legal and title questions and problem-solving to address issues particular to the properties involved. Clients appreciate her eye for detail, careful drafting and client-service mentality.
Prior to her legal career, Avery worked as an editor in the public relations and magazine publishing fields in Atlanta, GA and Washington, D.C.
