Charles Robbins

Charlie represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, construction, development, financing, leasing, operation, management and disposition of commercial real estate, including mixed-use and retail developments, multi-family residential projects, office and warehouse space and condominium projects. Charlie has represented several Fortune 500 retailers and manufacturers with respect to commercial real estate matters, and has extensive experience in negotiating commercial real estate leases. Charlie’s experience also includes the representation of both borrowers and lenders with respect to commercial financing transactions.

Charlie’s practice includes drafting and reviewing commercial real estate and financing documents, negotiating agreements, performing due diligence, and conducting closings. Clients appreciate Charlie’s ability to get deals done.

Charlie enjoys the feeling of satisfaction he derives from watching his clients’ projects reach fruition, whether it be the leasing of a retail center or the topping out of a high-rise condominium building.
