Hannah Burt

Hannah represents clients in commercial real estate transactions by drafting and negotiating commercial leases, performing due diligence related to leases, sales and acquisitions of real property, and manages closings of high-level transactions.  Hannah uses her background in court room litigation to vigorously fight for her clients’ interests, when necessary, but relies on her sociable and friendly personality to bring parties to a favorable compromise.  Clients appreciate Hannah’s ability to get deals done in an efficient and professional manner.

When Hannah takes of her attorney hat, she is a wife and a mother to her two young daughters, one of whom she proudly gave birth to just a week before sitting for the Tennessee Bar Exam.  When she is not working, you can find her sitting on the back porch enjoying some sunshine with her family.
