Hannah Burt
Hannah represents clients in commercial real estate transactions by drafting and negotiating commercial leases, performing due diligence related to sales and acquisitions of property, and assisting with closings of transactions. Hannah uses her background in court room litigation to vigorously fight for her clients’ interests when necessary, but relies on her sociable and friendly personality to bring parties to a favorable compromise. Clients appreciate Hannah’s ability to get deals done in an efficient and professional way.
When Hannah takes off her attorney hat, she is a wife and a mother to her daughter, who she proudly gave birth to just a week before taking and passing the Tennessee Bar Exam.
