Justin Werthan
Justin represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate. Clients appreciate his deal making mentality, problem-solving approach to negotiations, and his attention to detail. Justin brings a unique perspective to the representation of clients having previous experience working for a national retailer where he gained expertise in the implementation and execution of a build to suit program. Justin enjoys aiding his clients in the close of deals, and seeing the commercial development come to fruition.
