Mary Bridges
Mary is a Paralegal specializing in client services and project management. She supports the real estate attorneys in acquisitions and dispositions from open to close by drafting purchase/sale agreements, aiding in the preparation of closing documents, and facilitating communications between all parties. Mary also coordinates the scheduling and tracking of due diligence deadlines, maintains status reports, and organizes the files for each transaction.
In addition to her work as a Paralegal, Mary has been essential in the application of the firm’s software and other technology platforms. She also trains new employees on our processes and document management systems, and is central in managing many other critical firm administrative matters.
Mary received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis in 2012. Her favorite aspect of the commercial real estate legal field is her interaction with the clients on a regular basis, which drives her to continuously provide excellent service and support.
In her free time, Mary enjoys attending music venues and local festivals in the Nashville area, along with spending time with her dog.
